Diet ON!

Hello Darlings,

Dah seminggu lebih berpuasa. Rasa macam semalam je I start puasa. Baru I perasan, Ramadhan tahun ni, belum ada entry pasal menu berbuka. Kali ni I cerita k. Hehehe

Eceli, menu ni menu kedua kalinya I makan, yang tak sampai satu minggu pun. Memandangkan perut I tak menentu conditionnya, I memilih untuk tidak makan makanan kat bazar. I jadi takut. Dari heartburn yang biasa nanti heartburn yang luar biasa pulak. Uh ngeri! And sejak I dah ada pengalaman dok hospital, kalau boleh I tak nak masuk lagi. Simpang jauh2. Amin
